We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Texas.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Not through the website, please send us an email.

Custom Made Parties and Special Order?

We are available to custom design your party.

For specific questions on theme, fabric, options or timing, please contact us by email.

The typical turnaround is 4-6 weeks for custom designs, so please, make sure to plan accordingly.

Do you offer coupons or discount codes?

Yes, we do! Please ‘like’ us on Facebook, or sign up for our mailing list to receive offers.

We will not disclose or share your email address or your information with anyone.

What is your return policy?

We want you happy. In case of returns please read bellow:

  • Return shipping costs are customers responsibility
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, Items should be returned in their original packaging
  • Items shipped by mistake will replace if notified within 7 days of the order date.
  • We will accept returns and provide you a store credit, after you notify us for approval, and you will receive the return address and return number.
  • S&H are not refundable except due a wrong shipment.

What is your standard delivery time?

Products in inventory will ship next business day. We offer many USPS and Fedex options.

Damage or missing products?

Please contact us as soon as you identify the problem, however we will not be responsible for damage or missing items made by shipping carriers.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payments through PayPal including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover

What shipping company do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex – no signature necessary.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel our change or order if it is not processed and shipped. Then we are unable to return it. Please, confirm your purchase only when you are sure of your order.

Do you ship to Canada or anywhere outside the USA?

Yes, using FEDEX. if you have problems finding the shipping prices, just send us an email at contact@bloomingtable.com

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

How much do I have to pay to receive my order?

We charge full price on the merchandise, plus shipping and handling. The charge is applied prior to shipping. Shipping cost is determined by shipping location, size and weight of the item AFTER it has been prepared for shipping. We will send you an itemized bill for the merchandise by email.

Will I pay sales tax?

Taxes are applicable and based on the destination state tax.
